Depending on the Size of Your Event (Number of Participants) We may request a booking fee (£35.00) to cover the Function (We can also arrange to reduce our online digital download prices where an advanced fee is paid - See Below). As a guide Events with over 50 guests will not be charged a booking fee

Standard Digital Download Charges for Guests is £15.00 per image at Events
Print Prices are set at our standard print prices

Discounting Prices with an Advanced Payment as Follows:
Advanced Fee £250 (Download Price £5.00 per image)
Advanced Fee £200 (Download Price £7.50 per image)
Advanced Fee £150 (Download Price £10.00 per image)
The Private Gallery will be Available within 5-7 days of the Event and Guests will be invited by Email (Collected on the Evening) to view and/or order images.

Print On the Night Events
We print images to 8x6 with card strut mounts (during or at the end of the event).
Our Standard Price Per Print is £9.00
(This would be charged to guests ordering on the night)
Organisers can opt to pay a fee in advance to cover a given number of prints
(Discounted as Follows):
To include 50 prints £350.00
(Equates to £7.00 per print)
To include 100 prints £600.00
(Equates to £6.00 per print)
